She breaks down poses into great detail, with emphasis on alignment and the safety of your body. She creates an opportunity for you to investigate your relationship with yourself, with the world, and with yoga. Hagar’s workshops are profound explorations of physical and subtle bodies, through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, and mantra.
